Overview

Sol Duc Leadership is an advocate of, and committed to utilizing the Collins-Porras Vision Framework, that was developed by Jim Collins and Jerry I. Porras at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1994. This model consistently enables business and nonprofit leaders to build enduring great organizations.

Mission (BHAG)

Our internal mission is to successfully build and operate Sol Duc Leadership, by 12/31/2024. (1 Year)

Our external mission is to develop 1,500 servant leaders, and establish 375 new organizations NLT 12/31/2038. (15 Years)

Our BHAG, is that Sol Duc Leadership will remain a vital and enduring great global nonprofit, NLT 12/31/2058. (35 Years)
