Overview

The Sol Duc Leadership Global Online Community provides a whole solution, for global individuals who may be interested in becoming social entrepreneurs and helping to create a better world. During these rapidly changing times, we seek to be thought leaders on the evolution of leadership.

The Community

Our online community is the delivery platform that we will use to connect with all leaders who are members of our Sol Duc Leadership Global Online Community. Our community is designed to be simple, flexible, virtual, on-demand, and very easy to use. Our technology platform is Powered by Mighty Networks, in Palo Alto, California, U.S.A.Sol Duc Leadership Online Community.

Implementation

Sol Duc Leadership is committed to being an extremely customer-focused organization. We exist to serve the members of our global community, and are dedicated to every leader’s success. Toward that end, we are validating what we learned during the customer discovery phase, to ensure our prospective members will be delighted with both our approach and our delivery platform. During this stage we will be developing the SDL Servant Leadership School, the SDL Social Venture School, and the SDL Social Venture Incubator. Initially, the platform will operate as a Private Community.

COLLaboration

Our external mission BHAG is to develop 1,500 servant leaders and establish 375 new social ventures  by 12/31/2038.

This initiative is a big piece of work, and will require collaboration with leaders from around the world. We believe this is a very important piece of work, and toward that end will work to diligently create a tribe of diverse individuals committed to our cause. As Seth Godin said so eloquently in his book Tribes; “Whatever the status quo is, changing it gives you the opportunity to be remarkable!”

With that in mind, we are looking for individuals, organizations, and leaders who want to join our cause. We hope you will join us and share your ideas with our Tribe.
